Who we are
We are a team of dedicated individuals committed to empowering Sri Lanka’s unemployed youth and underprivileged communities. We believe that every helping hand can transform lives and create a better future for those struggling to improve their circumstances.
Sri Lanka has faced numerous economic hardships in recent years, leading to increased unemployment, poverty, and food insecurity. Many young people, despite their willingness to work hard, lack access to education, skill development, and employment opportunities. Recognizing this urgent need, we founded Jeevana Lanka Development Foundation to support these individuals in every way possible.
Today, we operate community centers, vocational training programs, and employment initiatives across Sri Lanka, ensuring that young people receive the guidance and support they need to build a better life.

Our mission is to uplift Sri Lanka’s struggling youth and underprivileged communities by providing essential resources such as education, employment opportunities, vocational training, and financial support.
We are committed to: Supporting unemployed youth by offering job training and entrepreneurship programs Providing food, shelter, and basic necessities to struggling families Running education programs for children and young adults from low-income backgrounds Partnering with businesses and organizations to create job placement opportunities
Our Vision
We envision a Sri Lanka where no young person or struggling individual is left behind. Our goal is to create a self-sufficient and empowered society by ensuring that every person—regardless of their background—has access to education, employment, and a dignified life.
